Indian as Apple Pie Cooking Classes

Anupy teaches cooking classes and conducts cooking demos with various organizations including: Whole Foods, the City of Chicago’s World Kitchen, Sur la Table, and The Kids’ Table in Chicago.

If you would like a private cooking class or demo, Anupy charges $150/hour for a minimum of three hours for up to six people. Once you finalize the menu, she will give you a list of groceries to purchase for the event. Anupy will bring the spices and any hard-to-find Indian ingredients. Don’t have time for grocery shopping? Anupy will do that for you too – for an extra charge of $50 and the cost of groceries. These events are a terrific idea for a girls’ night kind of out, an event with the office staff, or just something nice to do with a few other couples. Keep in mind, these events go best if you help with the prep and clean up. After recipe testing for two books – and a husband who travels most of the week – Anupy has had her fill of dirty dishes!
