Let cookbook author Anupy Singla take the mystery out of Indian cooking. In this class, she will introduce you to the ubiquitous Indian spice blend Garam Masala. Learn what makes a really good quality blend and how you can even make it at home. Anupy will then walk you through how to construct an Indian meal at home. She will showcase an easy sabzi, Aloo Gobi, and lamb kebabs that will melt in your mouth. She will be showcasing her new book, Instant Pot Indian, and tell you how you can get your Indian on at home no matter the day - no matter the night!

Make this fall the season to get your Indian on. We'll have all sorts of classes and appearances. My goal is to offer you two zoom classes a month from the comfort of your own kitchen to really get comfortable with the basics. And, in between, I'll be collaborating with various retailer partners throughout the Midwest and beyond to showcase how easy it is to make delicious Indian food with our spices, sauces, and legumes. Once again, Anupy joins the Celebrity Chef line up at The Inspired Home Show’s Cooking Theater. Anupy will inspire on stage demoing Butter Chicken in the Instant Pot from her upcoming book, Instant Pot Indian. Sunday, March 5, 2023. 12 pm.
