What can I expect? 

  • Once a month on Saturdays at 10:00 AM CT
  • 90-minute, monthly group classes.
  • Once you purchase a slot below, you'll receive the recipe and a Zoom link by email.
  • Please give yourself enough time to purchase ingredients from our website or grocer.
  • Consider buying one of our Spice Kits with pre-measured spices and legumes.
  • All pre-scheduled classes are an affordable $35/class please, no refunds.
  • Please do not share the link  it is good for one household.
  • No time to grocery shop? Just join and watch us you can make it later.
  • Though these are stovetop classes, we will give you tips on Instant Pot and/or slow cooker cooking just let us know that's how you'll be cooking!
