Because we sell perishable food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds — except in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or there’s a clear issue with your purchase.

If you experience a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that’s a replacement or another reasonable solution.
