Boneless chicken, onion, tomato, tomato paste, tomato puree, cream, ginger, garlic, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, paprika, unsalted butter, corn oil. Basmatic rice (water, rice, corn oil, vinegar).

MICROWAVE (FROM FROZEN) Remove outside sleeve and peel back film at one corner for venting. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Remove film, stir contents, and cook on HIGH for another 1-2 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes, stir, and serve.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN (FROM FROZEN) Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove outside sleeve and peel back film at one corner for venting. Place meal on an oven-safe tray and cook for 30 minutes, stir, and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes. Let stand 1 minute, stir, and serve.

STOVETOP Remove outer sleeve and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove film and empty contents to saucepan. Cover and warm over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
