  • 3 tbsp. raw, unsalted peanuts
  • 5 pieces dried kokum
  • 2 tablespoons gur, jaggery
  • 1 pinch hing + 1/2 teaspoon turmeric + 2 bay leaves + 2 whole black cloves + 1 (1-inch) cinnamon stick + 1/2 tsp. black mustard seeds + 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds + 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds + 10 fresh curry leaves
  • 4 whole dried red chiles
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chile powder
