Tamarind Puree is a concentrate of tamarind, the pod of a tree found and cultivated mostly in India. Its tart taste makes it a perfect addition to Indian dishes. Dilute 1 teaspoon in 1/2 cup of warm water and add to your dish. Add more as needed.
