Chana Masala

| /

Chickpeas simmered in a fragrant Indian masala tomato sauce with extra-long-grain basmati rice.

Chana Masala (chickpea curry) is one of the most popular vegetarian Indian dishes in the West. Ours is made from dried chickpeas (garbanzo beans) simmered to perfection and then expertly cooked with onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and key spices like garam masala. This special spice combination is what gives this dish the perfect balance of savory with a subtle hint of cinnamon.
