Yellow Split Moong Dal with Methi Spice Kit

  • 1 cup split moong dal (looks yellow)
  • 1 pinch of hing + 1/2 tsp turmeric powder + 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp garam masala + 1 tsp coriander powder 
  • 2 tsp red chile powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried fenugreek leaves
