Some of you have asked to be alerted in advance of what is cooking. Wow! What demanding taste testers!!! I love your enthusiasm and attempts to get me moving forward again with all of my cooking. I need your push to take the next step and finish testing all of these recipes. So, here is what's cooking....
Butter Chicken (Yes, again) I am making it for a fourth time to tweak the cooking time and the spices.
Curried Cauliflower Traditionally made on the stovetop I modified for the slow cooker. My own father was amazed it could be done. I've made a believer out of him and now I'll make a believer out of all of you!
Cilantro Infused Black-Eyed Peas I made this one up and I'm glad I did. It's delicious!
If you want to try any/all please comment to this post. I will take the first dozen or so...until the food runs out...
We can arrange pick ups by text. Remember to always bring your own containers. Or do what one tester did....brought me a bag of takeout containers. Gotta love it!

Hi Anupy,
I'd love to try any/all of these- sound so yummy! Let me know if you have enough. I'm in Lincoln Park at least 2 times a day, now that Latin has started back up.
Thanks,
Ruta

ooh curried cauliflower, i would have imagined it would have disintegrated the cauliflower in a crock pot since that's what happened to me on a stovetop before. can't wait!

Would enjoy trying any of above, especially the latest batch of butter chicken. I thought it was perfect the first time so am curious as to what, if anything, you can do to improve. It was different (and much better) than in restaurants. I liked that yours had subtle hints of fresh tomatoe, but not tons of sweet tomatoe paste and excessive cream like in restaurant version. Your chicken was tender and cooked perfectly, not under (pink inside) or over cooked (dry or tough) as in restaurants. I'm planning to get a crock pot and try the recipe soon. Hopefully, I'll be the first one so I can get that free cooking lesson!
